Key Responsibilities:

• Direct project management responsibilities for medium to large projects

• Provide mentorship and performance management for team members

• Facilitate client relationships and business development activities

• Track project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment

• Resolve conflicts and manage vendor communications effectively

Requirements:

• University degree or higher relevant to workplace strategy

• 3–5 years of corporate project delivery experience

• Familiarity with Interior Design or Facilities Management preferred

• Strong verbal, written, and facilitation skills

• High level of organizational and analytical competency
