In this role, you will support project delivery, maintain accurate project information, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. The position requires a blend of project management expertise and strong organizational skills to navigate a hybrid work environment. Your contributions to process standardization will improve project execution across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and maintain supplier information for onboarding
• Manage non-compete forms for timely submission
• Develop standard procurement templates and documentation
• Support project planning, execution, and communication
• Oversee progress monitoring and issue resolution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and JIRA
• Ability to manage project records independently
• Canadian NATO Secret clearance eligibility
