In this vital in-person role, you will oversee client interactions and ensure seamless communication between families and internal teams. As an Education Coordinator, your strong organization and communication skills will greatly contribute to students achieving their academic goals. This position requires a proactive approach to client account management and effective project oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact for clients and internal staff
• Onboard new clients and nurture ongoing relationships
• Coordinate project deliverables and timelines
• Analyze client data for improvements in service
• Employ CRM tools for managing client interactions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proven customer service and rapport-building skills
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Data analysis proficiency
