Support the Canadian Armed Forces' modernization initiative as a Level 3 Business Analyst. This hybrid role involves documenting and optimizing personnel management processes for DGHCMM-M.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to map workflows and document existing and future processes for Military Personnel Management Systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring that fragmented functions are unified into a streamlined, data-driven enterprise capability to meet the objectives of the CAF Digital Campaign Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in mapping end-to-end workflows for personnel management
• Document current and future business processes for clarity
• Analyze and document functional and business requirements
• Collaborate on acceptance criteria development with stakeholders
• Evaluate opportunities for standardization and optimization
Requirements:
• Level 3 Business Analyst experience in a complex environment
• Proficient in business process modeling (e.g., BPMN)
• Experience with requirements elicitation and documentation
• Knowledge of data analytics tools preferred
• Eligible for Enhanced Reliability security clearance
