Take on a pivotal role as a Senior Facilities Coordinator at Dye & Durham in Toronto. This full-time position entails comprehensive facility management for the company's Canadian operations.
In this role, you will work closely with the Global Facilities Director, ensuring efficient execution of facility management activities. You'll be responsible for upholding health and safety guidelines, managing supplier relationships, and monitoring compliance across all company properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate property management and maintenance initiatives
• Assist with health and safety operations and project oversight
• Engage with contractors and evaluate performance metrics
• Comply with relevant property laws and safety regulations
• Lead relationships with vendors and property managers
Requirements:
• Proven experience in facilities coordination
• Knowledge of space management and regulatory standards
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office tools
