This role is pivotal in managing government-funded venture capital initiatives r responsibilities will include leading fund commitments, deal structuring, and monitoring fund performance. Building impactful relationships within the life sciences community will be key to promoting a vibrant investment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investments for life-sciences fund managers
• Monitor fund compliance and governance
• Engage with life-sciences industry stakeholders
• Prepare reports and ensure strategic insights
• Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or comparable
• 5+ years in venture capital or relevant field
• Experience on LPACs or similar boards
• In-depth knowledge of the life-sciences industry
• High level of analytical and detail-oriented skills
