At BDC, you'll support the Financing team by resolving client issues and preparing essential documentation. With a focus on client service and organizational skills, you will help foster economic success for Canadian entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve client inquiries and escalate complex cases
• Assist business development with essential support
• Prepare accurate client letters and proposals
• Participate in identifying funding opportunities
• Market branch services through events and campaigns
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a client service role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
