Become a key part of FCA Canada as a Sales Support Analyst, specializing in sales operations, vehicle allocation, and analytical reporting. Foster strong partnerships with regional and dealership teams.
As a Sales Support Analyst, you will report directly to the Western Business Center Distribution Manager and support essential sales operations across the region. This role involves daily monitoring of sales and vehicle scheduling, generating insightful reports for the regional management team, and assisting District Managers with their needs. Your collaboration with headquarters will help streamline daily operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily sales and vehicle allocations at the Business Centre
• Create reports and presentations for regional staff
• Support District Managers as needed
• Address and resolve dealer inquiries
• Work with headquarters on operational issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant area
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
