Aversan Inc. is looking for a qualified Senior Business Analyst to lead initiatives in developing Value Stream Maps. This contract position involves assessing process maturity and formulating value propositions through effective stakeholder engagement. You will contribute significantly to business analysis, aligning with the AJISS Team and spearheading innovative changes essential for the aerospace and defense industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Business Analysis team to define processes

• Collaborate through workshops to gather user pain points

• Apply LEAN techniques, focusing on Value Stream Mapping

• Formulate compelling value propositions for stakeholders

• Develop ECPs detailing change proposals and benefits

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or related field

• 12+ years of experience in business process documentation

• Strong problem-solving and analytic skills

• Experience in Navy or Aviation maintenance context

• Practical experience in design thinking workshops
