Take charge as the Ottawa Operations Manager at the Canadian Global Affairs Institute (CGAI), where you will oversee day-to-day operations while contributing to significant discussions on Canadian international policy.
This position reports directly to the CEO and focuses on managing events, stakeholder relations, and organizational development in the National Capital Region. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and have a keen interest in foreign relations and defence policy, ensuring smooth operations and engaging contributions to CGAI's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations in Ottawa
• Coordinate events and manage stakeholder relations
• Support organizational development initiatives
• Represent CGAI within the Ottawa policy community
• Ensure high-quality execution of concurrent activities
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in relevant field
• 3–5+ years of operational or event coordination experience
• Strong communication abilities under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Lead the conversation on critical policy issues at CGAI in Ottawa.
