You will work collaboratively to optimize processes and participate in governance forums that support organizational standards. This position requires strong analytical skills to anticipate issues and implement relevant corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of Issues Management programs

• Analyze performance data for emerging risks

• Support training and career development for team members

• Conduct evaluations to refine program effectiveness

• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure program alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications

• 7+ years in relevant experience and issue investigations

• Expertise in SMARTER corrective actions

• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills

• Security clearance eligibility required
