As an Operations Manager reporting to the Vice-President of Business Operations, you will enhance organizational effectiveness through careful planning and coordination. This role supports business operations by driving efficiencies and overseeing cross-departmental collaborations that align with CREA’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve operational processes and systems
• Identify and recommend improvements to workflows and practices
• Coordinate organizational planning and priorities effectively
• Monitor performance metrics and operational activities
• Support Vice-President with operational and project-related needs
Requirements:
• Postsecondary education in Operations Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years in operations or project management
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools
