Hybrid Change Manager

Join Maplesoft Group as a Hybrid Change Manager, focusing on Indigenous Relations in Ottawa. This role combines strategic consultation with stakeholder engagement, requiring on-site interaction two days a week.

In this new position, you will support the implementation of a comprehensive Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation Action Plan. You will leverage change management methodologies to foster organizational readiness and drive accountability. Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams is essential for success in this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of change management strategies for reconciliation efforts

• Support senior leaders and executive sponsors with practical guidance

• Define stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness considerations

• Coordinate change activities across multiple business work streams

• Leverage tools to develop templates and governance documentation
