Events and Safety Manager at Area X.O

In this position, your primary duties will involve managing site operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also oversee tenant documentation and contribute to improving operational procedures. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and maintenance of Area X.O
• Work with vendors for seamless site logistics
• Maintain and update Safety Management Plan
• Support documentation for leases and tenants
• Execute events, tours, and trainings at the facility
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or similar
• 3-5 years in a relevant operations support role
• Experience with Microsoft tools and CRM software
• Knowledge of facilities management and event coordination
• Valid driver’s license for occasional travel
