Join ADGA Group as a Research Consultant for Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems, emphasizing essential skills for developing military capabilities. This role is critical for project execution with the Canadian Armed Forces.
In this consultant role, you will lead the identification of user needs and systems integration for C-UAS projects. Your expertise in business process management and stakeholder analysis will directly impact operational readiness. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead documentation of user needs via stakeholder workshops
• Analyze capability requirements against user demands
• Identify research needs to address capability gaps
• Review advancements in C-UAS technologies and recommend actions
• Interact with various stakeholders for collaborative insights
Requirements:
• At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or a related area
• Proficiency in Business Process Management methodologies
• Experience with process digitization and automation
• Capable of obtaining a Secret security clearance
