As a key player supporting both the Project Manager and PMO Manager, you will coordinate project tasks, support risk and change management, and track project milestones to achieve objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project management tasks and documentation
• Monitor project progress and manage communications
• Maintain change management logs and registers
• Facilitate team meetings and capture action items
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in related field
• Minimum five years of project coordination experience
• Proficient in JIRA and MS Office tools
• Strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
