Busbud is seeking a strategic leader with a strong background in Revenue Operations. The Director of Revenue Operations will partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and more to ensure cohesive efforts toward growth objectives. You'll drive analytics, manage CRM strategies, and refine go-to-market processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design annual revenue operating plans aligned with growth strategies
• Oversee forecasting, reporting, and data analytics for all business lines
• Manage CRM strategy, workflows, and system integrations
• Develop end-to-end revenue funnel processes for enhanced retention
• Ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields
• Expertise in CRM architecture and data quality governance
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting models
• Proven ability in scaling operations during rapid growth
• Experience with Hub Spot and BI tools like Tableau or Looker
