Senior Product Line Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Line Manager - IP Networking Solutions to lead the strategy, evolution, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of advanced IP networking solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to define product direction, drive innovation, and deliver solutions that address customer and market needs.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise in IP networking with business acumen, strategic thinking, and customer-facing skills.

• Own the product strategy and lifecycle management of IP networking solutions and applications.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on advanced IP networking technologies within the organization.
• Define and drive the long‑term vision and roadmap for the product portfolio.
• Develop product requirements, business cases, pricing strategies, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product execution.
• Gather customer and market feedback to influence product direction and prioritization.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including RFx responses, customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Translate customer and market requirements into clear use cases and product requirements.
• Monitor pilot projects and proof‑of‑concept initiatives, incorporating findings into future product enhancements and customer success stories.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation strategies.
• Create and maintain product marketing materials, including datasheets, solution briefs, and application notes.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Systems Engineering, or a related role within the networking or telecommunications industry.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking technologies, including:
• Segment Routing (SR)
• Traffic Engineering
• IP/MPLS
• Layer 2 and Layer 3 VPN Services
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to evaluate system design trade‑offs related to scalability, performance, functionality, and cost.
• Proven ability to work effectively within cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customer, sales, and marketing activities.
