Salaries typically range from $112,006 to $149,341 annually, based on qualifications and experiences plus a performance-based incentive.
- Export Development Canada operates in a hybrid work environment, with a current requirement of two in-office days per week, increasing to three days per week in September 2026 (subject to change).
- This role can be performed from EDC’s headquarters in Ottawa (strong preference) or from one of our Community Hubs located in Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver.
- Relocation assistance is available for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.

We seek an experienced financial professional to contribute to the Segment & Product Analytics team, supporting the segment, product, and commercial groups in Reporting and Analytics, Strategic Planning, and Portfolio Management.
Responsibilities:- Provide strategic analytics and insights that connect customer, segment, product, and commercial performance to support informed decision‑making.
- Lead complex, cross‑functional analytics initiatives and sizeable corporate projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Build and govern executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and analytical products to provide clear visibility into performance, trends, risks, opportunities, and progress.
- Act as a principal analytics advisor, connecting insights across customers, products, sales activity, corporate plans, medium‑term strategies, and scorecards.
- Translate complex analysis into compelling narratives, presentations, and recommendations for technical teams, business partners, and senior executives.
- Build and maintain advanced financial, forecasting, and analytical models to support portfolio management, planning, risk assessment, performance measurement, and business projections.
- Leverage CRM (C3/Salesforce) and other data to identify growth opportunities, portfolio trends, customer needs, and drivers of performance.
- Establish and promote strong data management practices, including data quality, consistent key metrics, documentation, and alignment across reporting systems.
- Manage competing priorities and stakeholder perspectives while maintaining professionalism, resilience, and focus on outcomes.
- Identify and lead opportunities to improve corporate processes, customer experience, and overall performance through data and analytics.
- Provide thought leadership, coaching, and mentoring to analysts and project teams, strengthening analytical standards and stakeholder engagement.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Advanced knowledge of EDC products (lending, insurance, equity) and related performance and risk indicators.
