• Produce detailed Future-State Business Requirements and specifications
• Develop business process maps and data flow diagrams
• Generate impactful executive presentations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for solution design
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Proficient in technical writing and documentation practices
• Familiarity with BPMN, Lucidchart/Visio tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
