As a Dispatcher based at the Civic campus, you will oversee critical communication and coordination functions within a 24/7 operation. Candidates must have three years of dispatch experience and a minimum one-year college diploma. The position involves multi-tasking in high-stress scenarios while using dispatch software and managing two-way radio communications effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to incoming emergency calls
• Effectively communicate with security team members
• Maintain thorough documentation of dispatch activities
• Operate standard office and communication equipment
• Support emergency response protocols and procedures
Requirements:
• Three years of dispatch experience in security or law enforcement
• Knowledge of dispatch programs and emergency guidelines
• Strong keyboarding skills (minimum 45 WPM)
• Proven experience in customer service
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
