Position: Senior Business Analyst for C-UAS Development
Drive impactful projects at ADGA as a Senior Business Analyst for Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems. Support the Canadian Armed Forces in shaping operational and technical requirements.

In this high-stakes role, you will focus on developing a new C-UAS capability. You’ll lead documentation of business needs, facilitate workshops for stakeholder collaboration, and prepare crucial business case documentation. Your contributions will directly support the operational requirements and process improvements needed for effective capability development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead documentation of business needs and governance

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure thorough requirements capture

• Prepare business cases and requirements documentation

• Recommend business solutions and process enhancements

• Participate in necessary meetings and briefings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in relevant field

• 7+ years as a Business Analyst in large programs

• Familiarity with aviation and uncrewed systems is a strong asset

• Expertise in Business Process Management and Mapping

• Skills in stakeholder analysis and engagement
