Position: Consultant for Government Transformation
Elevate public service outcomes as a Consultant with Accenture’s Public Service team. Focus on AI-enabled transformation to help government clients across Canada reinvent service delivery and improve experiences.

In this role, you will leverage your consulting experience and analytical skills to work closely with government organizations. Engaging in workshops and co-design sessions, you will facilitate discussions to define outcomes and navigate complex challenges. Your efforts will focus on delivering clear, actionable plans that enhance operational performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current and future-state business processes

• Facilitate workshops with government stakeholders

• Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams

• Identify AI opportunities to improve service delivery

• Manage project work streams and deliverables effectively

Requirements:

• 2+ years in management consulting or public service transformation

• Experience with workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Active Government of Canada Reliability Clearance or eligible
