Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct change management strategy implementation

• Lead User Group meetings and project scheduling

• Develop transition plans for successful operations

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement processes

• Ensure documentation and project deliverables are met

Requirements:

• 5+ years managing change initiatives

• Degree in Business, HR, or Project Management

• Familiarity with quality improvement principles

• Strong interpersonal and project management skills

• PMP certification or similar is a plus
