Join a high-visibility modernization initiative supporting critical applications and services within a federal policing environment. This role supports the Digital Evidence Analysis project through change management strategy development, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, communication planning, and adoption activities aligned to organizational transformation objectives. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to support successful user adoption and transition activities across the Integrated Information Service program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the change management strategy aligned with business goals
• Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for change initiatives
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments and surveys
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans
• Conduct impact assessments across people, process, and technology
• Track adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and change-related risks
• Provide updates, presentations, and recommendations to executives and governance bodies
