Position: Senior Consultant for Health Transformation
Make a meaningful impact in health care with CIHI as a Senior Consultant in the Transformation Office. Lead strategic initiatives and foster collaboration to enhance Canada's health systems.

This senior role focuses on translating CIHI's transformative vision into strategic execution. You'll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring alignment of initiatives and improved governance. Engage with cross-functional teams to drive performance and develop comprehensive change management strategies for successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop actionable roadmaps and enterprise tools for transformation

• Advise on connection between strategy and execution

• Maintain CIHI's Transformation Blueprint for clear vision communication

• Identify performance indicators and benefits measurement plans

• Facilitate interdependencies between leaders for strategic advancement

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in relevant field

• Minimum 5 years in transformation, strategy execution, or consulting

• Demonstrated leadership in complex initiatives

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of health information systems an asset
