CICan Programs and Partnerships Development Lead

In this role, you will report to the Vice-President and take charge of developing scalable programs and funding opportunities. Your insights will inform market intelligence, while you cultivate strategic relationships across sectors and oversee collaborative initiatives. Supporting both domestic and international engagement is key to ensuring CICan’s mission is met with efficacy and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic partnership and business development projects

• Conduct market intelligence and identify partnership opportunities

• Sustain relationships with government and industry stakeholders

• Direct development of funding applications and proposals

• Implement initiatives that leverage member expertise

Requirements:

• Graduate from a Canadian post-secondary institution

• At least 5 years in partnership development and strategic initiatives

• Experience in program management and stakeholder engagement

• Proven track record in proposal development and funding

• Bilingual – English and French necessary
