Continuous Improvement Consultant

Elevate operational efficiency in Ottawa as a Continuous Improvement Consultant focusing on Lean methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes and drive customer experiences.

This role requires up to two experienced Continuous Improvement Specialists supporting a Strategic Enrolment Management initiative. You will work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities for process enhancements, employing Lean strategies to implement sustainable improvements. Your expertise will be crucial in leading workshops and facilitating stakeholder sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across business processes

• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders and experts

• Analyze current-state processes and identify pain points

• Develop future-state process maps and practical improvement plans

• Conduct root cause analysis and workflow assessments

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years in Continuous Improvement or Lean initiatives

• Formal Lean or Six Sigma certification

• Strong skills in process mapping and value stream mapping

• Proven facilitation experience with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and process mapping tools
