Business Development Manager – Mucho Burrito

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for a defined territory of restaurants and will ensure compliance with operational standards and customer service excellence. This role serves as the primary point of contact between franchise partners and the head office. Your communication skills, analytical mindset, and decision-making abilities will be key drivers of network success. The role focuses on food quality assurance, brand standard compliance, and sales and profitability optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business consultant for franchise partners;
  • Assess restaurant performance and prioritize issues with the greatest impact on profitability;
  • Address gaps in compliance with corporate and food safety standards, with structured follow-up;
  • Organize and facilitate franchisee meetings;
  • Report regularly to the Director of Operations on operational performance and key initiatives.

Position Requirements

  • College diploma in food service/restaurant management or a related field considered an asset;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role;
  • Strong initiative, autonomy, creativity, and organizational skills;
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities;
  • Proven customer service orientation;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Strong attention to detail and discipline;
  • Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and flexibility for travel;
  • Experience in fast-casual or franchised restaurant environments considered an asset;
  • Food safety experience;
  • Knowledge of financial performance and profitability;
  • Bilingualism required

Le/La conseiller(ère) aux développements des affaires aura la responsabilité d’un territoire de succursales et veillera à la conformité des opérations ainsi qu’à l’excellence du service à la clientèle. Il/Elle agit comme principal lien entre les franchisés et le bureau chef. Vos compétences en communication, votre sens de l’analyse et votre capacité à prendre des décisions auront un impact direct sur la performance du réseau.

Le rôle consiste principalement à assurer la qualité des aliments, le respect des standards de la bannière et l’optimisation des ventes et de la rentabilité.

Responsabilités
