• Lead the product development lifecycle for Unified Communications solutions, from ideation through to launch and beyond.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define product specifications and ensure alignment with market needs and company strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Unified Communications space.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to create a clear product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
• Work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that products meet user expectations and drive satisfaction.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, using analytics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives and timely delivery of projects.
• Act as a product evangelist, communicating the value and benefits of Unified Communications solutions both internally and externally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Nureva's offerings competitive and innovative.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet project goals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the product team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or communications sector.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products, with a focus on Unified Communications or related technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles and methodologies is an advantage.

• Experience in a startup or fast-growing company environment.
• Knowledge of VoIP technologies and video conferencing solutions.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytics tools.
• Understanding of cloud-based communication platforms and their integration into business workflows.

• Proficiency in product management software and tools (e.g., Aha!, Productboard).
• Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and usability testing.
• Ability to create compelling presentations and product documentation.

• This position is based in Kanata, Ontario, and may require occasional travel for customer engagements or industry events.
