In this visible role, you will be essential in coordinating activities across Product Management, Engineering, and Business Operations. Your expertise will be key in managing operational workflows, onboarding customer requests, and facilitating OEM collaborations. Success in this role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure alignment and clarity across complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee OEM billing and usage reconciliation workflows
• Prepare and validate billing data for Finance monthly
• Coordinate internal meetings for OEM initiatives
• Track OEM roadmap status for stakeholder updates
• Maintain runbooks and onboarding documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product operations or analytics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfort with data interpretation and reporting
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence and Jira
