Position: CGL Facilities Specialist - Bilingual Support
Become a Bilingual Facilities Specialist at CGL in Ontario, where you'll enhance in-office operations and oversee significant projects. Your bilingual skills will be key in managing a diverse client base.

This full-time role involves a blend of oversight and operational support within the Facilities Operations team. Ideal candidates will possess 6-9 years in facilities management, focusing on executing projects that improve workplace experiences. Your leadership in managing compliance and vendor relationships will be instrumental for the success of multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver mobile support to all locations within the portfolio

• Test life safety plans and support BCP programs

• Ensure recertification of WELL, LEED, and Net Zero standards

• Partner with landlords and vendors to meet service expectations

• Coordinate staff moves and manage office configurations

Requirements:

• 6-9 years in Facilities or Building Operations Management

• Relevant degree in Business or Facilities Management

• FMP certification is essential

• Fluency in English and French required

• Ability to perform physical tasks and travel when needed
