Telecommunication Compliance Officer

Step into the role of a Compliance Officer at the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) and ensure accountability in telecom services. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong compliance experience.

Reporting to the Manager of Regulatory and Compliance, the Compliance Officer will oversee the administration of compliance initiatives. You'll monitor compliance practices, audit service provider activities, and play an essential role in maintaining operational integrity. The role requires excellent communication abilities and analytical acumen to effectively address compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement compliance monitoring protocols

• Audit Participating Service Provider performance

• Report compliance discrepancies to management

• Assist with regulatory inquiries from service providers

• Foster a culture of compliance within telecom services

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of compliance experience

• Relevant post-secondary qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Strong analytical and judgment skills

• Preference for bilingual candidates in English and French
