As a key part of JLR’s Architecture group, you will bring over a decade of experience to develop compelling proposals and lead strategic initiatives. Your ability to manage relationships and mentor staff will contribute to JLR’s ongoing success in delivering innovative, community-centered architectural solutions. This role supports a culture of collaboration and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee comprehensive proposal development processes
• Define and implement pursuit strategies from inception
• Collaborate with the Director of Buildings Market
• Lead key go/no-go decision processes
• Support client relationship initiatives and staff mentoring
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in architectural proposals
• Strong leadership and strategic communication skills
• Experience in coaching and staff development
• Familiar with client engagement practices
• In-depth knowledge of JLR’s offerings and market
