Health & Safety Administrator at Taggart Group

Reporting directly to the Health and Safety Manager, your responsibilities will include ensuring up-to-date records, supporting training sessions, and conducting inspections at construction sites. This role serves as a vital resource for maintaining compliance and organizing critical safety documents and training certificates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain digital and physical Health & Safety files

• Conduct inspections of compliance on construction sites

• Track and coordinate health and safety training records

• Assist with health and safety software functionalities

• Support preparation of safety communication materials

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Health & Safety or related area

• Previous experience in Health and Safety preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Comfortable operating in both office and field settings
