Make an impact as a Consultant with our Indigenous Consulting Services team. You’ll provide comprehensive analysis, strategic guidance and action planning that turns complexity into clarity and support our clients in achieving their visions. This diverse team of professionals works with more than 270 Indigenous peoples, groups and organizations across Canada and shares a passion for learning and understanding their history, culture, and contributions to our country.

Responsibilities
Propose, plan and deliver consulting engagements with a focus on strategy and planning services in the private, public, not-for-profit and Indigenous sectorsSupport business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program review, program re-deigns, financial analysis and other forms of management consultingDevelop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholdersConduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveysPerform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendationsIdentify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure needs are met and relationships grow and developReview, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondenceLead engagement teams, developing effective relationships with clients while coaching and mentoring junior team membersParticipate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposalsMaintain flexibility to travel, as necessarySkills and Experience
Minimum 4 to 5 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environmentExperience working with Indigenous communities and organizations an assetBachelor’s or master’s degree in Indigenous studies, business, economics, political science, or equivalent experienceDemonstrated project management skillsCMC, PMP or other related certifications are considered an assetStrong written and verbal communication skills
