Position: Experienced Repair Planner Wanted
Step into the role of Repair Planner at ACX Collision Centres, focusing on assessing damage and generating cost estimates while delivering exceptional service to clients.

In this role, you will leverage your estimating experience to engage directly with clients and insurance representatives, ensuring that all vehicle repairs are executed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will revolve around thorough evaluations and maintaining quality throughout each repair project to win customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary client contact throughout repairs

• Examine vehicle damage across various aspects

• Draft detailed estimates and repair supplements

• Conduct inspections for quality assurance

• Communicate repair status and set client expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in a Collision Centre Estimator role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid driver's license with safe driving history
