Director of Growth and Member Services

Join the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) as the Director of Growth and Member Services in a hybrid setting. Spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance member engagement across programs and sponsor ships.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will be instrumental in developing CCA’s portfolio aimed at maximizing member participation. This position combines entrepreneurial leadership and operational expertise, focusing on creating value through innovative education and partnership opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential to advance CCA’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead portfolio growth strategies and implementation

• Craft member engagement and retention plans

• Oversee the Gold Seal Certification and its outreach

• Negotiate sponsorship and partnership agreements

• Monitor program performance and member satisfaction

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Business or Education

• 8–10 years in association management

• Proven skills in team leadership and development

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Bilingual skills preferred
