Position: Health Safety Leadership Role
Champion health and safety at Commissionaires Ottawa as a knowledgeable Health and Safety Manager. Promote compliance and wellness in a supportive role.
In this hands-on position, you will leverage your extensive experience in occupational health and safety to lead various wellness and safety initiatives. You will ensure adherence to compliance standards while enhancing the safety culture within the organization. This role demands strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with provincial health and safety legislation

• Conduct hazard assessments and workplace audits

• Administer WSIB and CNESST claims effectively

• Facilitate return-to-work and accommodation processes

• Deliver training on emergency preparedness and safety policies
Requirements:

• 5+ years in health and safety roles

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory environments

• Skills in emergency and incident response management

• Bilingual (French/English)

• Must obtain Government security clearance
