Reporting to the Vice President of General Merchandise, you will manage compliance documentation and oversee item creation processes. This position combines critical research with project coordination to establish clear compliance directives. By refining procedures, you will contribute significantly to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead compliance activities across Canada and the U.S.
• Research regulatory standards and implement compliance directions
• Coordinate with vendors for certifications and testing
• Maintain item records within enterprise software
• Train colleagues on compliance processes and standards
Requirements:
• Relevant postsecondary education or substantial experience
• Knowledge in merchandise administration and product compliance
• Strong documentation and analytical skills
• Experience in regulatory research and application
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
