Oxfam Canada seeks a strategic Chief of Staff to enhance organizational efficiency and culture. This full-time role focuses on leading key initiatives and ensuring alignment within the Executive Director's Office.
The Chief of Staff collaborates closely with the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team. This position demands a strong background in strategic planning, organizational management, and the ability to implement and monitor mission-driven initiatives. A commitment to advancing women's rights and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the strategic and operational planning cycle
• Lead change management strategies during transitions
• Ensure effective leadership decision-making support
• Strengthen organizational risk management functions
• Build alignment on organizational culture initiatives
Requirements:
• Master's degree preferred, or relevant experience
• 10+ years in senior organizational leadership
• Proven track record with governance and Board support
• Strong experience in anti-racism and inclusion practices
• Exceptional project management and communication skills
