Canadian Real Estate Engagement Specialist

Join the Canadian Real Estate Association as an Industry & Volunteer Engagement Specialist. Support stakeholder relationships and enhance engagement initiatives in this hybrid role.

This 12-month contract position reports to the Director of Industry & Volunteer Engagement. You will manage programs for the Association Executive Network and CREA’s Volunteer Program while also improving stakeholder interactions across the REALTOR® community. Focused on organization and service, this role includes responsibilities like planning recognition initiatives and facilitating meetings, ensuring a top-notch experience for executives and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily delivery of engagement programs and initiatives

• Plan and execute onboarding and leadership development activities

• Gather stakeholder feedback for program planning

• Develop meeting materials and coordinate logistics

• Analyze engagement data for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree, or equivalent experience

• Minimum three years in stakeholder engagement or similar roles

• Experience in managing programs from planning to delivery

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
