With a strong emphasis on 7+ years in business analysis, this position involves conducting Current-State Assessments and Governance reviews. You’ll engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess risks, and support program recommendations while driving digital transformation and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements through stakeholder consultation
• Assess governance and risk management processes for alignment
• Develop process improvement recommendations based on best practices
• Design future-state models for Security Screening and Access Management
Requirements:
• 7+ years in business analysis and operational transformation
• Proficient in Service Now and business analysis tools
• Strong experience in process mapping and gap analysis
• Excellent stakeholder consultation skills
• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent certification
