Position: Split-Shift Educator for School-Age Kids

In this francophone role, you will actively supervise and ensure the safety of children during both morning and afternoon shifts. Collaborate with the childcare team to plan age-appropriate, interest-based activities, fostering positive relationships and a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide active supervision and ensure children's safety

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities

• Create an inclusive environment encouraging exploration

• Build respectful relationships with children and families

• Support children with daily transitions

Requirements:

• Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in good standing

• Diploma in Child and Youth Care or equivalent qualification

• Teacher in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers

• Experience working with school-age children

• Positive guidance strategies for social skills development
