Would you like to be apart of the leading Canadian School Photography Company! Edge Imaging is made up of over 400 employees with countless years of digital capture and school photography experience, and we are looking to add to our Ottawa West Region (Kanata/Nepean/Barrhaven/Renfrew).
The Role
You would travel to various schools to conduct school photo day sessions. You will be required to photograph both children and adults. The successful candidate must be a motivated individual who is enthusiastic about photography and is customer service oriented.
What you will focus on
Photograph a variety of subjects both children and adults individually or in groupsSetup and break down professional photography equipmentCoordinate the photo session day at the school to ensure an efficient dayAddress a variety of school administrator, teacher and students’ requestsNo experience no problem, Training to become a professional photographer will be provided
What we’re looking for
Photography experience not required, but preferredStrong customer focus and organization skillsAbility to deal with multiple and changing prioritiesExperience working with children is an assetExperience working in retail and customer service is an assetreliable car with the ability to carry professional photographic equipment.A valid driver’s license and car insurance is requiredVulnerable Sector CheckMust be legally authorized to work in Canada
Anticipated Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday (early start)Schedule closely resembles hours of a school day (early hours to be ready for when school starts)Hours of work may fluctuate from time to time due to seasonality of business
