On-Call Real Estate Photographer (100% Commission)

Silas Studios Inc. started in Montreal and we're now expanding into Gatineau and Ottawa. We do high-end real estate photography and videography—helping agents showcase properties with quality visuals. Our photographers shoot, we edit. Simple as that.

We're looking for reliable photographers in Gatineau and Ottawa who can take on shoots as they come up. This is 100% commission-based, perfect if you're looking to fill your schedule with steady work without the headache of editing.

Your job is straightforward: show up, shoot the property, upload the RAW files, and you're done. We handle all the post-production and client delivery. You just need to be ready to go on short notice and work well with agents on-site.

• Shoot residential and commercial properties (interiors, exteriors, the whole deal)
• Bring and manage your own gear—camera, wide-angle lens, tripod, lighting
• Work directly with agents and homeowners to get the best shots
• Upload RAW files right after the shoot so we can meet our 24-hour turnaround

• Real photography experience with a portfolio that shows you understand lighting, composition, and how to shoot spaces
• Your own full-frame camera, wide-angle lens (16‑35mm range), and tripod
• A car and valid driver's license—you'll be driving to different properties
• Flexibility and reliability—this is on-call work, so we need people who can move when shoots come in
• Good people skills—you're representing us when you're on-site

• Flat fee per shoot, paid on commission
• Zero editing—shoot and hand it off
• Flexible schedule that works around your other commitments
