In this lead position, you will assist the territory manager with vital administrative tasks and supervision of photographers. Key areas of responsibility include hiring, payroll management, and having effective communication regarding territory matters. Your commitment to quality assurance will greatly enhance customer service experiences for school photography projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in hiring and training casual photographers
• Manage territory payroll and job assignments
• Serve as a contact point for territory communications
• Implement quality assurance in customer service
• Prepare for the needs of new hires in your territory
Requirements:
• 2 years' professional experience with Edge Photography
• Photography degree is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and customer service abilities
• Reliable vehicle for transporting equipment
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
