As an intern, you'll assist in creating and maintaining various documentation formats while ensuring ease of use for customers and internal teams. Engage in discussions with product developers and UX designers to strategize content, and utilize your writing skills to produce technical guides, release notes, and videos that demystify complex functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create user-centered documentation for diverse audiences

• Participate in strategy meetings with product teams

• Research new features and transform specs into usable content

• Write onboarding guides and customer-facing materials

• Experiment with innovative content delivery methodologies

Requirements:

• Enrolled or graduated from a relevant academic program

• Excellent writing and editing skills, focused on clarity

• Familiarity with authoring tools and CMS

• Background in UX writing or video content generation
