Position: Dynamic Producer for Radio

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceive program ideas and develop engaging content

• Edit, write, and coordinate program scripts and segments

• Oversee production processes and team assignments

• Ensure effective clearance of all program materials

• Direct shooting and editing of audio/video content

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent

• Five years of experience in broadcasting or relevant field

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Expertise in journalism with cross-platform media knowledge
