CHEO is looking for a Dynamic Creative Coordinator to drive project success while enhancing service excellence. This position is essential for managing communications between requestors and the creative team.

You will report to the Manager of Creative Services and be pivotal in coordinating projects, ensuring seamless workflow and delivery of creative solutions. This role requires strong organizational skills and compliance understanding of creative production cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for all Creative Services inquiries

• Manage project intake, scheduling, and prioritization

• Communicate project timelines and dependencies effectively

• Monitor project progress and follow up on actions

• Handle logistics for project supplies and documentation

Requirements:

• 3-year diploma in multimedia or related field

• 1 year experience in a creative services environment

• 3 years exposure to multimedia production workflows

• Proficient with Microsoft 365

• Criminal Record Check Level 1
